More information needed.

How many employees, what kind of business, what are you using for bookkeeping now...

Fort Maddy. I use Quickbooks Pro and have from the beginning. It was a bit of a learning curve but very user friendly. It will help keep track of just about all you business needs. I used to swing a hammer for Frank Baxter from Fort Masdison
I use QB Pro as well. I've used it for three different businesses and it's fairly straightforward. I highly recommend that you have you're accountant set up your chart of accounts with you as the cost of that hour will be recouped the first time they go over your books and you won't have to fiddle with your system after getting used to it.
I am an Excell guy. It allows me to tweak things as I want, is user friendly for any accountant when you need to send him/her numbers, as well as the layman.

Keep track of your receipts in a big notebook, and there is always a good paper trail with writing checks as opposed to credit cards (opinion).

Online banking.
Use QuickBooks for sure. Worth learning how and there are great YouTube videos to help you learn. Have separate bank accounts for your business and NEVER commingle funds with your personal. Bad habit so may as well start off right.
