The crew I work with was trying to make cabinet doors. They were using a table saw and belt sander. The wood being used is 3/4'' hardboard. The ts-55 took out all the curves and waviness in abut 20 minutes. I was surprised they never heard of it. I think it was a great investment.:thumbsup:

If the hardboard you are referring to is MDF get another blade for wood and plywood. MDF is not kind to cutting tools.

If you do not have an excellent blade sharpener in your area, send the blades to Leitz to have them sharpened.
