Here's a look at what I'm doing. Started this yesterday removing the grass and poured today. The concrete crew are tops!

Nope that's real grass that was removed. There's only a small area in my backyard with turf.

Yep, you'd have a tough time finding a finisher out here that wasn't Hispanic. Don't get me wrong, they are very good at their trade. I have a lot of respect for them. Their work ethics are good as well. They speak English good too.

That's funny because until I came on this forum the Amish were considered fine craftsmen here. :laughing: Of course that was what we heard. I've never seen an Amish person before.

They are on the cheap end here. An Anglo cant compete with them.

Some do good work, some straight crap. All same price.

It took 6 years to get a discolored 4x4 for area. The part of my floor that I did with RedGuard is in this thread.
