My name is Russell Thomas and I am a Public Adjuster from Chicagoland. I'm not sure what links brought me to here, but I noticed a lot of recent, very informative posts regarding perceptions of insurance claims, protocol and restoration work. The forum seemed very respectful and something that I would like to be a part of. I do hope I am well received and promise to do my best not to flame, condescend, spam or crawl up into anyone's skin.
I am 58 and have worked in the restoration industry since 1983, GCed for about 6 years and became a PA in 2006. I also consult with contractors, attorneys and other PAs.

Yes, seems that disrespect and flaming others will get you booted out of here pretty quick, which I like as well. Racist remarks and the like aren't tolerated.

Sometimes I do wish the mods would let us be a little more colorful with our language. :whistling

No tolerance for racist remarks...Unless it's about Obama or Mexicans...
