Scumbags like that are the reason people ALWAYS think construction is screwing them. Still curious how people go on living their lives like that, don't they ever wonder? What a piece of ****.

Side note - she seems to have a great attitude for just getting greased so bad.

What homeowner in there right mind pays in full before the works half done? Somethiing doesn't sound right...

This is an interesting point but it sure doesn't lessen the deuchbagginess of the contractor. An ill-advised purchase doesn't make a jackass a horse.

Lots of people on this board argue that the contractor should always be ahead in payment. This guy just took it a little further...or made it so that he was ahead on all aspects of the project, ahead on sideing, ahead on finishes, ahead on mechanical.....Get enough stuff started and get a ahead on them then disappear
