Might work great for sub floor, but with all the hidden fastener options for decks these days those tools are becoming obsolete, for me.

Oh I agree. I want to use it to install 2x2 shade bars on top of our pergolas. Would speed things up and keep from having to lean over all the time.

looked into them at one time, my concern was readily accessible fasteners. I didn't want to order them every time I needed them, so I went with the Simpson Quik Drive, where my lumberyard stocks the screws. This was back when we were still face screwing composite decking. The Muro does seem to be a better quality gun then most.
