Has anyone used the Plexideck moisture barriers under linoleum or troweled floor finishes? Or have any recommendations for similar moisture barriers under sheet or troweled flooring? It's for a restaurant restroom with moisture coming from below the slab. A couple of prior finishes have simply released or delaminated. For lease reasons we can't solve the underlying moisture problem. The customer doesn't want tile, and we can't add the elevation of built-up systems (vapor barriers, sleepers, osb, etc.).

Thanks,

Bob

I'm not familiar with that one but I can recommend Ardex Moisture Control. Check into it. They also have a rapid set version for quick turn around.
