What do you mean by 'modify'? Resize? Rotate? Edit?

Looks a lot like the "batch picture resizer" prog I downloaded via giveawayoftheday a few months ago. I just used it for the first time today, and it works well for what I had in mind for it. (Uploading pictures to a forum-gallery that has a size-restriction).
It's handier than resizing the pictures one by one using irfanview (how I did it before)

I use ACDSee for resizing pictures and stuff. If you own a website you can also make albums with it in a very easy to use click and go format... I am all for easy... and this is as easy as it gets... the album option is nice...

Faststone is pretty nice for resizing a lot of pics in the property preservation biz. I've done as many as 500 for one property.

You can also put labels and date stamps right onto the pic with Fastone.

Click on the "add text" button and play around with it, you'll be labeling pics like a pro in a few minutes.

I'm still using Ifranview.

IRFanview is great for 1 pic at a time. But when you have up to 500 pics to resize (my biggest yob to date) for one day's work IRFanview is way out of its league!
