wow that's a crazy good deal since it has 2 of the 4.0 batteries. That drill is amazing, my old impact works so I haven't upgraded yet.

I was about to buy the grinder. What's another $180?

Wow brushless too, 4 ah, didn't know those exist.

I saw a makita brushless drill/impact kit for $250 at the local lumberyard. Makes me think there's some new technology coming down the pipe.

Still remember paying $550 for a set of lith ion drills back in '08.

I ordered mine yesterday, and it was 299. I am looking forward to them. Does anyone have the circular saw or sawzall that fit those batteries? I am looking to switch over from my Dewalt kit, and the 299 deal got me off to a good start......

Even the non brushless saw is quite good with a sharp blade. I use the one handed sawzall all the time. Not great for leaning on heavy, but great for a lot of lighter things.
