We are a growing company based out of Commerce, MI. We perform work all over SE Michigan. We currently have two divisions to our company: Ground up insurance restoration and Ground up commercial construction. We have been in business for over 20 yrs and currently have a great group of subcontractors that have worked with us for many years but as we are growing it is time to expand our resources.

We currently are looking to bring on contractors for all aspects of construction. Obviously the more you can do for us the better of an asset you will be. Examples of what we are looking for are:

General Labor/Demo
Window and Door (Suppliers and Installers)
Finish Carpentry
Flooring (Hardwood, Tile, Carpet, Laminates, Vinyl)
Cleaning Crews

1. General Liability $2,000,000 preferred but $1,000,000 is acceptable.
2. Work Comp $1,000,000 (An exemption certificate from the State of MI must be provided to be exempt from this)
3. Net 30-45 pay terms. (Materials are provided by us as a deposit for some trades including roofing and siding)
4. No subcontracting of work.
5. Must have proper vehicles and tools to perform the work contracted to you. (We usually provide dumpsters on all jobs but if you have debris trailers that is a plus)
6. All employees, vehicles, equipment and tools must be presentable and in good working order.
7. All licenses for mechanical contractors must be provided.

Please reply via PM or Email with the following information: Company name, location, services performed, areas serviced, general description of company, return contact information. I will then personally contact you with further information and questions including a vendor packet.

I look forward to meeting some of the great contractors MI has to offer.

Also for what it is worth there is plenty of work in the State of MI for contractors that are worthy of the work and know how to get it. We have plenty of work to keep you busy.
