I have did the flashing a few different ways. A swooping peice of metal
a cricket on low pitches. Just wondering if anyone had any practices or tips.
One thing about this one the chimney is made of river rock looking stones.
Thanks in advance for any help!!

We have lead up here, great for counter flashing- but when I was in Tennessee it wasn't readily (I couldn't find any) available. Alabama probably the same. In fact, down towards by the Florida line step flashing isn't used- just galvanized "L" with a loose hem on the flat to keep the water in. Crazy right.

There are cases were I have used step flashing instead of the norm here. You need to come back to my neck of the woods or do you not care for the hot humid summers?
