Hi all,



do any of you write up your metal shingle contracts on or the same way you do your shingles . We have been trying to find a good format for are metal shingle bid forms any ideas on this ? Any help would be great . :confused:

ALL my contracts are comprised of two parts. On the back is the service agreement and labor warranty AKA the fine print.

On the front I simply state what I am going to do(scope of work), this I call my proposal. When signing the proposal the customer is bound by the service agreement and labor warranty.

I type my contracts so it's easy to make changes on the fly. If you are looking for a pre printed form, you might be looking for awhile. Perhaps ask the manufacturer of your metal roofing products.

Thanks grumpy . I use a format that i put together yrs ago works but needs a tune up .Just woundering what everybody uses .

Why yes ! yes you do we have talked in the past i also tryed to get some info on web pages from you . You build them correct ?
