I searched the forum, but could not find a corresponding topic.

I am putting up a 6800 sq. ft. metal building that will house my cidery.
Before finalizing the building order, I wanted to see if there were any additional recommendations that the forum could provide.

In other words, are there any "make sure you do/get this" or "don't do this" recommendations that you can give me?

The building is approximately 99 feet deep. The first 33' consists of a 6:12 gabled building with the ridge parallel to the front wall. The rear 66' consist of a 1/2:12 shed draining to the rear.

The roof is designed as a 3" standing seam insulated panel.
The wall are 2.5" insulated metal panels.
