We have had about 2" of ice on our streets for three days. My stone mailbox got slammed by someone. They did not id themselves so im paying for this. Anyway, it's still all together, just leaning about 25 deg. What's the best way to remedy this? Can I tip it back up and throw some concrete under there(when it's not 15 degrees) or do I need to take it all apart and have it rebuilt?

Dig out from under the side you will tilt it to, then use your truck to push it upright and concrete around it again.
