Maryland - swimming pool plumbing

My company is looking into doing a commercial swimming pool renovation with the following being proposed:
1. remove / repour concrete deck
2. remove / replumb all pipes leading to the pool from filter room and back
3. Install new pre fab building as a pump room
4. Move all electric to new building
5. convert the baby pool into a splash pad with water features

My question is for the plumbing side of the project. What if any permits are required (In Maryland - Anne Arundel county).
I am also going to post this in the pool section of the forum in hopes that a local pool builder might be of help.

Hopefully this may help until someone familiar with maryland comes along.

From that county web site. Plenty more on that site, I just used these because they relate specifically to the plumbing end.
