Its fast, easy and cheap. Because the lasers are fixed, you can use it at any angle, even upside down. We snapped out the longest beam in the room and then used this laser to mark end points for the intersecting beams and again snapped the lines.
There are a few versions of it. I have the Bosch one b/c that is what is sold at my local Home Depot and the G/F bought it as a gift. They say the accuracy is 1/2" at 30 feet, but I find mine to be dead on. I just checked it by doing a 6,8,10 triangle... maybe tomorrow I will check it with a snapped line to see if the lasers match up when its turned.
