Does anybody know of a software program that can notify workers where they are supposed to go the next day via email or text message?

We have about 100 employees, and about 20 to 30 of them get moved around to different jobsites from day to day. We would like a better way to notify them other than calling them and waiting for them to get back to you.

The school my wife works at uses Google Calendar for their event scheduling. It's pretty easy to move things around, & can be made available for all parties to see. I don't know how many lines can be displayed per day, but it seems like you could do as many calendars as it would take to cover all concerned.

can you use a group text. I only have 4 employees but that is how I notify everyone

Really all you need is a master schedule spreadsheet using a Google spreadsheet, & make it available for all to look at. The nice thing about Google is that it can be updated & seen realtime by everyone, on any pc, or even on an android phone.
