Hello all,
I am in the process on bidding on a fire alarm maintenance contract in Miami. The customer wants a full parts and replacement contract including labor and after hours service calls. This is a 30 story high rise building. I really want this contract and I need a formular that I can use to calculate a good price. Should I use 10 % of the total equipment cost as my price? This is a new system that is just coming out of warranty from Siemens. I don't want to price too high, but I don't want to go too low either.
