I'm driving around my block today and pass a neighbor dragging some thing out to the street. I look back in my mirror and tell my buddy, I wonder if he is throwing that stuff away. So, I back up and ask my neighbor. He says he is moving and his brother in law use to install flooring but, moved some time ago. Now my neighbor is moving and throwing stuff away. Lucky me.
I picked up a contractor grade floor drum sander, an edge sander, a floor buffer, two regular orbital sanders, a cheap detail sander and a full garbage can of new drum belt sand paper, sanding pads buffing pads etc. :clap:
This kind of thing never happens to me. The down side is I have to use them now. I rented a drum sander just two weeks ago to strip a small 10'x10' deck.

Same here. With my luck, if I was to ever see someone throwing something of value away and mentioned wanting it they would probably decide to keep it and put it on CL.
