Lower Delaware roofing and siding...
I had a call from a gent that owns a home on the water in Fenwick Island, DE.
The huge home is 12 years old and he is having problems with some water leaks from the roof and walls where they connect to balconies. The siding is Hardi Plank.
I went down last week and looked the place over. To be honest, it's a little over my pay grade and I've been chasing leaks the last 6 months or so and am burned out with them.
Anyone know of anyone who knows their stuff in this area? He's looking for someone he can trust to take care of things.
