Were they stored on the memory card? If so, you can run a free recovery program like MjM.
Lost droid Motorola photos
I was finishing up my job on Sunday and i went to delete a stupid photo.... Well wouldn't you know it it deleted the whole folder about 350 pictures.
I can retrieve most of the pictures because I have a backup but I lost about 30 of them that are important to me.
Any cheap solution boys?

Nothing to help now, but install Dropbox and have it upload automatically when you snap a pic.
