Looking for a plumbing RMO in Florida

Hello, I started a plumbing business in December of 2022. I am looking for a RMO to get bigger jobs. I am currently making $10,000 profit a month working alone. I would like to scale my business a little more but need a RMO. If anyone can help, please reply with an email or phone number.
Thanks,
Brandon

Would also like a mentor if anyone is willing. I am a 23 year old veteran living in Florida.
Thanks,
Brandon
Brandon:

I can't imagine how you can do that much volume of plumbing work without being a plumbing contractor without a license. Sure, you can probably change a faucet without getting in trouble, but if you're repiping houses, you're flirting with a citation. They are wise to the having the homeowner pull the permit game too. They are very strict here; the hurricane damage attracts all kinds of fly-by-nighters.

The AHJ isn't all you have to watch for either. The licensed guy you took a job from is aching for an opportunity to turn you in. I've done that myself and the guy was convicted. A conviction for plumbing without a license isn't going to look good on your license application. Good for you trying to play by the rules.
