I re installed a used Delta faucet today. It was fairly new. Its a center set, single lever type with a detached sprayer. The sprayer leaks like a sieve.
Its this style http://www.deltafaucet.com/search/results.html?q=rp37034

It has this dumb little metal clip that hold a plastic collar on the supply line. I feel like I am missing something like an o-ring thats causing the leak but I cant find any visual in a new schematic to see if I am missing something. Any ideas?

Tom, those sprayers are a nightmare to try and fix. Just call Delta and tell them you are the original purchaser and you'll have a new sprayer in 3 days under warranty.

They are very sensitive and once they leak you are better off replacing the sprayer.

Nothing wrong with reusing a faucet. 2 hours in vinegar and they shine like a bumper on a 51 Buick.
