Nathan, why don't you develop a lead generation service? God knows that you have had enough input to kick one off, all that you have to do is come up with a system that is fair to everyone.
Do this and you're on Easy Street. I don't need the work but I'd help, I'm sure that everyone here would help you perfect it.

I won't advertise it here - but I have setup a lead service. I'll thank Grumpy, Nathan, and Cole for helping me get most of it setup too. I haven't started doing much for marketing yet - but we are getting some signups.
I'll leave it up to Nathan if he wants to post the URL as it does compete with this site as far as the forum - which is a part of the fee.
