I'm in the process of making a cover my ass with every clause possible contract. Like most of us we really only need it for, the customer from HELL that pops up when we think things are going nice and smooth.

I just read a old thread "customer delays job again"
This made me think of What should the wording be for a customer who
changes the schedule mid-project. What wording should be there for customer caused delays. I have a clause stating that the home must be accessible for Contractors & subs. But what if customer decides to take a vacation, having friends over , etc.. etc..

So Lets hear From the Contract Gu-Ru's

ACCESSABILITY. Customer will allow ESS access to Project, and maintain a clear path for ESS equipment and crew to service containers and/or work area at all times. Customer will incur a “Dry Run Fee” of $100.00 when ESS has been called to the Service Location but cannot provide its services through no fault of ESS.

Ammend as needed.
