Interested in Residential Construction Estimating Software

Hi,

I've been toying with the idea to start a residential construction company with the intention to hire subcontractors to do portions of the work.

I know there are plenty of different estimating programs out there, all claiming to be the best the market has to offer, but which one(s) should I take serious interest in?

One that has capability to import AutoCAD drawings would be a huge asset. Or, at least be able to draw an equivalent CAD drawing in the program and base the estimate on the dimensions and specifications provided.

So, what do you guys use for estimating your projects?
