Looking for opinions here -

Current condition - 12" CMU, stucco exterior

We are framing 2x4 interior walls with 1/2" rock, architect spec'd standard fiberglass R-13.

Is this the best way? Other options?

Thought about 1/2" foam on the wall, then framing, r-13 no vapor barrier...or spray foam...

Does the foam and fiberglass cause a moisture issue above grade?

Best way??? Sorry - but what is the goal?
How plumb are the walls?
Best way IMO is to build your walls out by an inch - closed cell foam sprayed behind to 2" depth & then dense pack / sprayed in cellulose or FG - no batts
This will help stop any air-leakage, cut down dew point concerns to nil, and give the customers a very comfortable house (assuming the rest above & below is done properly)
