Wow .. Maybe I am out for that Syracuse get together with that comment .. Lol .. Just kidding .. But no way there contractor grade models def don't suck .. I have had my radial arm chop saw for 10 yrs ..0 problems with it ..and it's better than new chopsaws. I have a dewalt skill saw 5 yrs .. No problems .. My 20 v impact and drill are great durable ..tons of torc power .. None of you Makita skill saw Guys can say after you knocked saw off table the deck didn't bend ... Personally I think if most your tools match it look more professional then a hodge podge mix ... I know a lot will disagree but that's my opinion

In the 5% of good is miter saws, table saws, they make the best radio hands down. I've had every single brand. You can keep your circular saws, the blades on the wrong side, I use skil worm drives. Most homeowners don't know the difference from kobalt to festool. I buy what I (in my opinion) is the best tool, and I don't care what colors on it.

I will add I have a makita circular saw for the pussies :laughing)

I own a lot of Dewalt tools and they are not junk....even the ones from Lowes. My only bad buy from Dewalt was my JigSaw.....I never did like it. I have 2 drywall screw guns that are going on 5 and 10 years and have been through thousands of boards. A 716 double bevel miter saw that has never had to be squared up, and it is close to 10 years old. A Dewalt reciprocating saw that is almost 10 years old that is used almost every day in every wrong way imaginable. My Dewalt Circ saw is probably my oldest (10-12 years) and it still works like new.

I also own a Bosch table saw that burn't up after about 6 months of use. I replaced it with the Ridgid that that has been tearing through wood in my woodshop and jobsite for the past 5 years. I have a Bosch drywall screw gun laying in some forgotten cabinet that burn't up after a month. My Milwaukee reciprocating saw developed a faulty swith a few months after I bought it...... (been to lazy to have it repaired).

All brands have a few lemons....regardless.

No one wears glasses all the time .. Tell me honestly .. How many times has that little yellow piece of plastic hit you right in the eye .. Be honest now .. I will call your bs.. Lol
How many times has saw dust gone in your eye? And honestly, not very many times, it's the one off the ear, or forehead that hurts, And in the summer I wear tinted glasses every single day, in the winter not so much, but usually I'm not framing in the winter
