I'd be reluctant to put a torch to it. I use a 1/2" drive craftsman rachet handle and have never had one I couldn't break free. Try slipping a short pipe over the wrench handle to gain more leverage. WD-40 is a good lubricant, but a lousy penetrating oil. Try PB Blaster, or liquid wrench. Apply the stuff, let it sit several minutes, then whack the fitting good and hard, then try the tool again.

diezel, with a name like that you should be able to get your hands on an impact wrench. My choice for stubborn parts.

Couldn't be truer :Thumbs:

W=water, D=displacement, 40=their 40th try at achieveing the first 2.
It is not a penetrating oil, rust preventative or any other type of snake oil. I learned this in the 70's when it ruined $14K worth of collectible rifles.

Yeah, I gave up on WD40 long ago. Used Liquid Wrench for a while with moderate success, and have since began keeping a can of PB Blaster on all my trucks. A mechanic friend turned me on to it. It reeks like kerosene, but its performed pretty well on some very corroded and seized up threaded parts. It's also a very good preservative for metal tools, leaves an oily film behind. I use it on my fish tapes, pipe cutters, plier joints, tool box hinges, and almost anywhere two pieces of metal rub together. :Thumbs:
