I'd be reluctant to put a torch to it. I use a 1/2" drive craftsman rachet handle and have never had one I couldn't break free. Try slipping a short pipe over the wrench handle to gain more leverage. WD-40 is a good lubricant, but a lousy penetrating oil. Try PB Blaster, or liquid wrench. Apply the stuff, let it sit several minutes, then whack the fitting good and hard, then try the tool again.
