Could you imagine what a $350 exterior paint job would like like. I paid 650 in labor for a small house and thought that was cheap. Does this guy travel???

The mow, edge, weedeat for $30 isn't too bad. I charge $35 per 500 sq ft of lawn on a seasonal contract if it's in town. LC Valley I charge $45, Moscow $45, Pullman $55.

If he can knock out 25 lawns a day doing mow, blow, and go at $30 a pop he's surviving.
