Do they make "slip track" in 2 1/2 track?

we usually built slab to slab walls in 3 5/8 steel, but I have a client that wants 21/2 framing for a slab to slab fire rated corridor.

the track is only used at the top plate or "track" to allow for shifting in floor plates.

Looks like regular steel framing track except it is slotted on both side walls. and is required in California.

in NYC we call it Deflection Track. We use it in Hi-Rise construction or special circumstances. It's not really code. It's just meant to relieve pressure in the wall when the building sways. You put the zippy through the slot. You could probably get away with reg. track.
