Hello Everyone

In the last year I have been picking up interior painting jobs for a property management company. The square feet range from 1000 to 1500. I anticipate up to maybe 10 a year. So should I be using a sprayer? I am willing to invest $200-400 if its worth using. Another question is can spray semi-gloss (stupid question)

If you're just cutting walls probably not.

I use a sprayer for trim and ceilings and roll the walls. Masking all windows and hardware, doing prep, keeping the floors clean takes about 14-16 hours on a two or three bedroom walls, ceiling, trim, cabinets.
