Makita, 15 amp, JR3070CT

I have owned all the best, and this one beats the rest hands down.

Ryobi is not just for homeowners. I can be just as opinionated as you. :tongue_smilie:

But you can't beat the older Milwaukee.

Ive got the angle pc and the tiger saw I sent my 20 year old one in for repair and couldn't wait for it so I bought a new one

That tiger saw will outcut anything Milwaukee was my first choice and it was slow as hell

All the new ones are probably junk anyway that's why I fix my old ones

I got mine right before they came out with the keyless chuck. I wish I had one of those that oscillate (?)

The Makita JR3070CT with AVT is hands down the best Recip Saw right now. You can read all the reviews from people that have tried it. The only ones recommending something different haven't tried the Makita yet.

Mine's keyless and oscillating, and it's a beast. I think about the only thing anyone else might have better would be the same thing in a low-vibration model.
