We have had a run of plumbing problems lately, starting with a clogged main drain pipe. We got that problem fixed, then we turn the shower and have very little hot water and very little hot water pressure. We tried flushing the water heater and changing the elements. The bottom element was really in need of being changed. There was quite a lit of sediment in the bottom of the heater. Does anyone have any suggestions?

1st off are you experiencing low hot water "pressure" (turning only the hot on you get a lot less water coming out then turning only the cold on) or low hot water "volume" (the hot water runs out too fast), or low hot water "temperature" (the hot water is not as hot as it used to be). Those 3 are very different.

We have low hot water pressure. The hot water defintely comes out slower and with a lot less pressure than the cold.
