Depending on what you charge/hr, a slower shop vac would probably do.
Thank you for the tip. I usually don't do insulation; or should I say take insulation jobs. I just insulate my work, and advise them to get rest of their house done. Most of mine is roll.

Sucking it out is less than half the job. Then you must deal with it, neatly.

The shop vac (top only) on top of a trash can with a large trash liner will allow you to do the whole job, swapping out trash bags as you go.

Making up the top would be relatively simple. You can pick up vacuum motors at Graingers and make your own system. If you want more suck, add a second or third vac motor.
