I was at a trade show in Toronto last week for contractors in various industries and there was a booth for Holmes Referred. I never heard of it before but it appears to be another business venture for Mike Holmes. It currently is available for areas around Toronto. If your looking for a contractor just go to his website. Contractors have to be qualified etc. and of course pay a sign up fee, annual fee and lead fee. I didn't get too many details from the young ladies but I caught onto the concept quickly.http://www.holmesreferred.com/

I have learned over time when attending trade shows asking the pretty girl isn't usually your best bet as she usually doesn't know the answer to your question.
