I'm a journeyman with my own business but still learning a lot about the trade. I'm set to work with a great company for a while, that does green construction: ecologically designed and built structures.

I'm in Boston. I'm a country boy but I'm staying in the city where the money is.

I was happy to find this forum. There seem to be some great minds here, as someone said below. I hope to add in a civil discussion on a trade with immense depth.

Thanks for the welcome. I was searching on Google for info about replacing a rotted girder, and I came across a thread on the forums here. Then I got interested in how a technical question seems to become a philosophical question and people start to even shout at each other about whether OSB or plywood is superior, and other issues.

Karma... too bad you aren't a painting contractor. I'm thinking that "Karma Chameleon" would have been a good business name and your logo would be red, gold and green.
