Most contractors worth their salt are able to tailor their proposals to meet the most elaborate of budgets. A good starting place is to identify some exceptional local talent and develop a 'working relationship' on a couple of small projects. Then, as experience affords you the opportunity to become comfortable with the level of skill and service provided, you can broaden the contractor's scope to include further improvements.
