Slurry is wet dirt mostly......
maybe some bentonite for sealing/ lube....lime? cements/? ask the operate or just spy on them....
You Don't want any bentonite under any structure, ever IMHO.
other then that, take $ and enjoy or swap for boring for free?

The property looks like a third world country so who gives a crap what they dump. Just keep collecting that rent so you can move it on up, to a deluxe apartment in the sky.

So it's just wet dirt I should be fine? I don't think I'll be building anything where they poured it, but will the chemicals that you mentioned be considered contaminates? I seen how it works with a pressure washer and then a large vacuum hose, the only question is the dirt that they vacuumed up contaminated?

That is probably a vacuum tank and water tank with a pressure hose. Those are used to physically locate and expose utilities cables and lines underground.
What they are dumping is the vacuumed waste material.
