Just joined. I've been in the residential construction business for almost 20 years as a jack-of-all-trades and superintendent. Just recently got my GC license and built my first spec home at the worst possible time. I've got some experience in rental maintenance and management. Have a degree in economics and I'm also a residential real estate appraiser.
