This is why all reviews should be based on facts and not accusations. IMO the contractor deserved some payment for the reviews. To accuse someone of stealing and numerous other offenses on public sites is something that should be taken very seriously. Just because he turned around and accused her of things, that doesn't make it even. Accusing her of being a difficult customer didn't make her lose any money, accusing him of stealing could make him lose a significant portion of his income for years. With all of this media attention I hope thats not the case and people realize she is just a nut job
