Help Please!!!

Simple enough, - - just figure your layout first, - - cross-grid within a half-tile of the center, - - equal borders, - - border tiles at least a half-tile wide, - - start in the middle, - - one quadrant at a time, - - lay them in a 'diagonal' order, - - face all 'arrows' (on back, if they have them) in one direction.

Any tile mastic (like 'Henry') will work just fine, - - use a 1/16" pointed-tooth trowel. Whatever the can says the coverage is, - - get at least 1 1/2 times that, - - I think there tests are done on glass.

If it happens to be 'self-stick' tile (which I doubt), - - use the mastic anyway.

Maybe someone else can help you out more with the m2 pricing, - - that I don't know.

As far as layout, it is the same as tile.

Make sure underlay is AC plywood, or concrete or you will be held liable for failure.

Whoa whoa whoa...not true. Amtico is a high end luxury vinyl tile. Henry's products should not be used at all.
You will need actuall Amtico adhesive and the type depends on the subfloor.

How did you get this job?
Maybe they can supply you with the right materials.

You're probably right, - - as far as the warranty goes, - - but Amtico, though nice, sticks just fine with Henry.

And yes, - - his sub-flooring would be a consideration, of course.

P.S. I used to work 'quality control' at Amtico about 30 some years ago, - - it's right down the road from me. We 'Amticoed' the office floors, - - 'Henried' them, - - (we made the tile, not the glue), - - I know at least as of 5 years ago, those floors are still there.

Tom R, 5 yrs. does not a floor make. I can point out many laid by the Romans, Greeks, Macedonians, Egyptians and others that have truly lasted the test of time.

The advice I give is usually going to be stricktly professional. In other words, if I give advice that goes against the manufacturer recommendations, then I make sure I let them know, so they have all the info.
Yes, Henry's may work, or some kind of construction adhesive or whatever, But I want to make sure they know what Amtico recommends as well.

This goes for cleaners too.

As far as how much to charge. I do not know rates for your area, but maybe 2 bucks a sq foot and some prep time?
Are you supplying adhesive?

That's 25 years, - - you may have read it too fast.

That being said, - - as Flor says, - - it's best to go with the manufacturer's recommendations.
