I watch the traffic on this site pretty closely and I would say for every active member (registered and posting) we have 5 to 10 Lurkers! (read and leave)

Now, if all you want to do is read the posts we are glad to have you but I just thought I would make a quick plea: Register and Join the Discussion!

Registration is free and we would love to have you as an active part of our community. You would be amazed at how much you can learn by posting questions about your business or trade. Or, if you have knowledge to share with us we would love to hear it.

I just registered. I have been guilty of lurking for about two weeks now. This forum is amazing. I will comment on the subjects I can. I am a relatively new General Contractor. I have much more experience with real estate investment.

A tip of the hat to all who have contributed to this forum.

Hey housedoc, I'm doing alright. I've been lurking myself here and there, work has me busy and a 2 month old baby girl has me busy the rest of my time, so I am only able to check in now and again. Hello to all the gang.

Doing well housedoc, and you?
Work is keeping me busy through the day, and a 2 month old baby girl is keeping me busy day and night. So I am only able to lurk in the shadows here and there myself. Anyway glad to have the chance to check in on you looney tunes.
