I work in a multi-contract firm and remodeling is one of the businesses. I am looking forward to learn more about remodeling from this forum as I read a few posts and it seems that there are contractors from all parts of US on this forum. How much experience do you guys have in remodeling? Its a big buck contract but how do you manage to gain trust of the customer?

Did you get your deer yet (either out of your back yard or out with the buddies)?

I saw six deer at 8:00 AM on opening day on a 1 mile drive through the suburb to get coffee and a bagel on the opposite corner of the Metro (Vadnais Heights). No city hired hunters/crop thinners this year.

I always thought Eden Prairie was in the Twin Cities.

The remodeling business should be good for volume, but competitive because of the uniformed owners.
