My name is Dilshad and I live in Virginia, USA. By profession, I am a software engineer and I am new to construction business so me and my friend (who is very expert in construction) we both will be going into private construction business. If anyone can give tips, advice for beginner like me would appreciate it. What important documents would I need?
I wanted to know, as owners, can we hire individuals to do most of the work while we as owners make business plans, give quotes on projects etc. If so, how do exactly the owners of construction companies get paid public and private?
