Haswell replaces ivy bridge, different socket type on the motherboard. Ivy bridge will be a thing of the past. That's a good price when you consider the mobo and processor alone is probably $450-500 bucks right there.

I have my eye on a PC with a Haswell i7-4770 processor (4 core) 3.4 ghz. with an AGP 8490 1 gig graphics card. 500 gig 7200 hD drive.
They are asking 790.O0 new, open box.......otherwise new it's over $1000.00 .....way over....
I fell in love with this and have been going back and forth on what to do,,,
