I bought a new Virutex edgebander in fall, it has a faulty control panel and it is still not working, trying to deal with these guys is a nightmare. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

 One hit wonder bashing a company :whistling

Virutex has been a decent company to work with, customer service wise, in my experience over the last 12 years. Purchased an EB-35 edgebander in 2008 or so. For the price, great value. Nicknamed the eternal B***H 35 due to always having to adjust and tweak to keep it working well.

Purchased a PEB-250 in 2013 and it's been flawless.

Not gonna call them the example of a customer oriented company, but they have always came through in the end. So CarpenterMatt .... fill us in on the details on why it's a nightmare.

Virutex Edgebander

Hey guys not trying to offend anybody by calling out a company, only doing it as a last resort. I bought the PEB50 edgebander at the end of October 2019 from the US. When it came it did not did not have any manuals, which they did eventually send to me. But I have not gotten it to run yet, the glue pot will not heat up. So I emailed them and phoned them, finally got a response they said they would look into it. 3 months later all I get for a response is we are looking into it we need more time. I bought this machine to do a project which I had to sub out because it is still not running. I would never publicly put down a company who put any effort into customer service.
