I have used it. Did a large timber frame, some where around 5000 square foot house. 5 gables. Let me tell you first off, it was the worst siding experience of my life, and I lost almost 60,000 dollars on that part of the contract
1) it's unmanageably heavy for one guy to handle safely. So you know need Two ground guys
2) having such a thick profile, the nail schedule is insane.
3) the end match t&g is a joke
4). The artisan grime is SUCH A GIANT PROFILE!
In the end, it looks and performs well, but talk them into diamond kote smart side.
