Love all my GRK screws - trim, cab, R4 but tried the Caliburns today.
Did not hold for nothing.

Still prefer my Hilti expansions

You probably drilled the incorrect size. You need a slightly smaller hole for use in brick/block than concrete.

I did not use their included bit.....just used the 1/4 we had on the Tec7.

Could be the concrete I suppose ? I've got 47 more to use up ;-)

nope. Hilti 1/4 bit

Don't tell me the GRK bit is meant to work with Caliburns and no other bit will do ;-?
Screw anchors work on a really tight tolerance, hence why hilti makes a series of special bits for their screw anchors depending on what type of surface you are anchoring too.

If you have an overdrilled hole toss in a piece of scrap copper wire or a zip tie tail.
