haha

I worked it out far out they need a standard system to class abrasives
Got my samples from colmax today 0.8mm - 0.3mm size looks to be the go, also got a samlpe of under <0.3mm but it looks too fine just like powder, can not wait to try it
haha
edit
The 0.3 - 0.8 stuff is that the same size as what you were using?
Have you got an after cooler yet?
No aftercooler yet, got a boat to do tomorrow (with soda) I'm not sure if the ASB media valve will take the glass, I don't know what steel is inside them ? glass might grind it away, it's pointless asking them, they will only tell me to use soda through the valve, ABS has more secrets then the CIA

yea them blokes are like that if you read there website carefully they do say they that you can put other media through there pots but then they have a big write up on why would you want to so you would be covered by a warranty if it did chew it out it would have to be made from some weak **** not to stand up to glass.

Have you blasted the gel coat on a boat before?
What size nozzle do you use?
Yer, done a couple of boats, I have been using a #4 nozzle @100psi but tomorrow I will try the #5 @ 90psi (due to air requirements) and I will turn up the media up a bit, have to get this one done as quick as possible.

Because ASB only recommend using soda through their gear they only use a mild steel nozzle's not tungsten or any thing like that, but I will still run some glass through it to try it out

Your kidding me there nozzles are only mild steel thats a bloody joke take the machine back mate they state on there web site that they can blast other medias through there gear if i were you i would ask for a refund if they dont threaten to take them to the ACCC because the equipment doesnt do as advertised.
